Judge Travis’ marital frustrations lead to a tense argument with Jax, which leads to a tense argument between Jax and Raquel. Later, Judge Travis presides over a case between neighbors Brock Slawson and Dwayne Hart – two dog owners whose beloved pets, Twinkles and Chester, are married. Brock would like the marriage annulled after discovering Chester has fathered puppies out of wedlock.
